Job Accountabilities includes followings:
a) Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:
Commissioning team DESK has got challenging role of the circuit commissioning in all systems post
Circuit handed over to Customer/Assurance for customer orders handled by PMO,BCS,CAT1/2
b) Major Activities
Completion of all the relevant SRs and product in SFDC.
Follow up with multiple teams for task closure till the order is commissioned in system.
Follow up with Partner for AMC details.
Commissioning updates to PMs twice a week.
II) Person Specification:
a) Essential Qualifications:
Qualified candidate (BE/B.Tech ) should possess minimum 1-3 yrs of Experience.
b) Requisite Skills:
Technical- Competent in Microsoft Office products (Word, ppt, excel sheet etc). • Company portals awareness and good reporting skill
Functional- Should have handled inter-department queries, communication and well conversant with the support system.
Behavioural- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities. • Willingness to embrace new technologies, platforms, applications, etc. • Process-driven • Prompt, courteous, confident, self-motivated, collaborative • Experience in working multi-geographically an asset • Flexibility in working hours required to accommodate time zone differences. • Positive attitude, willing to take up challenges and ready to work under adverse conditions and should be able to withstand pressure.
