The company is a multi divisional company, each division promoting a specific range of products. Designation: Executive /Manager Accounts- Indirect Taxation Educational Qualification: CA (Fresher)

Role and Responsibilities

• To support the GST team for monthly return filings for various states. To support various reconciliations for Books of Accounts and GST returns. To support the GST team and commercial department for follow up with supplier for uploading invoices in GST portal for claiming input tax credit. To support and monitor the reconcile of inter branch and inter company transfer. To support reconciliation of Balance in GST portal with Books of Accounts. To support in regular scrutiny of GL accounts to identifying Input tax credit loss and excess liability payment etc. To administering preparation and submission of reply to the show cause notices/letters issued by the GST authorities. To Managing litigation in coordination with the external counsel and appearance before the statutory authorities. To keeping a track of latest amendments in Indirect Tax Laws and assessing impact of the same on the companys business. To Apprising entire organisation about GST changes. To support the automation of various compliances and reports to the GST team. To maintain proper records, coordinate with various departments and ensure all the assessment and appeals are closed within the due timelines. To coordinating with the Branches (Pan India) for proper filing of GST returns.
