Primary focus will be on programmatic media buying platform, The Trade Desk, and social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. Coordinator will collaborate across an integrated team to ensure media plans are delivered flawlessly in line with customer processes and standards. The position is remote.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist buyer with ad operations, including E2E tagging and trafficking of creative ads across multiple systems, and campaign setup and QA Work with external billing agency and other vendors to deliver media budget reconciliations, and troubleshoot any discrepancies Manage media budgets in agency's billing system Create weekly reports based on campaign delivery, and provide data-driven recommendations that support optimizing campaigns towards brands desired KPI Ensure all live media is in compliance with finances authorized in clients billing system
