Qualifications Bachelors/Masters degree. Minimum 3 years professional reporting experience. Knowledge on Business Objects server architecture. Experience in Healthcare Financial Management is preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience with developing SQL Server applications and optimization including DDL, DML, Stored Procedures, Triggers, SSIS, and Performance Tuning. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Business Intelligence technologies such as SSRS, SSIS, and Supporting concepts including OLAP, Analytics, Data mining, and Analytics. A strong awareness of industry best practices related to Business Intelligence and Data Management, and experience adhering to usability, design, and development standards. Experience with other Microsoft languages and technologies, including SharePoint, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and Power BI. Responsibilities Experience working in an Agile Software Development Environment with Cross-Functional Teams. Actively participate in and influences decisions around reporting requirements, infrastructure needs, and design with business partners. Collaborate with the Scrum Master and other team members in planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Solid understanding of BI/UI design principles and patterns. Support existing BI Infrastructure (SQL Server 2014/2017/2022, SSIS, SSRS and Tableau). Ability to communicate both at a technical and non-technical level. Ability to work in or lead small and highly focused team as necessary. Designing the data flow between upstream systems and risk reporting engines. Implement MS-SQL database security as per requirements. Help test and troubleshoot the developed custom software for SQL related issues. Document process and development, conduct preliminary business and IT review of manual processes and prepare groundwork for potential automation. Assess, communicate, and coordinate production release notifications to end users. Assist with coding of system components and developing unit test plans. Further, will collaborate with developers and end-users to understand requirements and specifically, how the desired products and deliverables drive the system architecture and data model.
