Recruitment & Selection Modification and approval for the prepared job description. Shortlisting, Negotiating and finalizing the Job consultant/Job portal. Final shortlist of resume. Conduct interviews up to Executive level. Taking administrating selection tests as required. Arranging the interview for management level. Issue the offer letter if offer is accepted. Joining & Induction Completing Joining Formalities of newly hired employees. Conducting background check. Conducting HR induction training. Updating the employee personal records and files Leave Management Maintaining Leave Records of all the employees. Keep track on time and Attendance of all the employees. Performance Appraisal Management Maintain records for the performance appraisal process. Completion and documentation of appraisal process. Carrying out employees confirmation process / increment/ promotion related activities. Employee Separation Initiation the process of full & final settlement of outgoing employees. Ensuring that all exit formalities are complete. Employee Motivation, Recognition & Retention Carrying out activities to improve employees & management interaction like get together, informal meetings. Initiating & coordinating the activities for the team members. Looking after employees welfare activities.
