This strategic partnership impacts HR services to business on Talent Management, Retention, Performance Management, Compensation Management & Employee Engagement and Development Key responsibilities: • Assist the Business Partner team to provide effective people partnering to employees in all aspects of employment life cycle • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance • Implement and drive HR programs, Employee Relations, Engagement & Management • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and address grievances • Improving and monitoring employee productivity • Assist in Day-to-day HR operational task (related to the BU assigned)
