Stecktra Technologies Private Limited is currently seeking Fresher Engineering Graduates to fit into the role of Cyber Security Consultant & TAC Engineers (NETWORK SECURITY). Network security products such as Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA etc. Qualification: B.Tech/BE only Compensation Details: 3.5LPA. INR 50,000 increment shall be given every 6 months based on the performance until the Annul CTC touches 7LPA. Service Agreement: 2 years Personal Qualities: Basic knowledge of Network Security, Firewalls & VPNs Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Web security and SMTP gate ways Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills in English are a must Should have excellent presentation skills Should be eager to learn and grow with new technologies Should have positive working attitude Consultancy skills, combining the ability to seek to understand customer issues and requirements whilst delivering solutions that address these. Facilitation of design workshops Strong self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative Should be able to work on minimum supervision Take responsibility and see the deliverables are met Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly

Role and Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities: Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they've solved a technical issue Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate levels Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions Ensure all issues are properly logged Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting Prepare accurate and timely reports Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Maintain jovial relationships with client
